We offer two types of artwork in different styles:

• Custom Pet Portraits (Digital or Canvas): Send us a photo of your pet, and we will create a hand-painted portrait just for you. You can choose between a digital version or a canvas version—both are crafted with care and equally beautiful.

• Recreated Copies (Canvas): These are not customized, but are carefully recreated versions of my previous works. Each one is made with the same attention to detail and heart.

If you don’t know what styles you prefer, contact us! 

• Custom Portraits (Digital or Canvas):
  Once your payment is confirmed, we will contact you by email to request reference photos and hear about your preferences. Throughout the entire process, we will stay in touch to make sure the final portrait feels just right for you.

• Canvas Recreated Copies:
  Just leave a valid shipping address during checkout, and we will send the canvas straight to your door, well packaged and ready to enjoy.

Yes, we can ship canvas artworks anywhere in the world!
An additional international shipping fee may apply for orders outside the U.S., typically between $10–$20 depending on your location.

You can cancel within 24 hours of placing your order for a full refund. After that, we begin painting, and because each piece is made just for you, cancellations and refunds are no longer available.

That said, we’ll stay in close contact throughout the entire process to make sure the final artwork feels just right. Our goal is always for you to love the piece as much as we love creating it. ❤︎

• Canvas Recreated Copies:
  About 1–2 weeks within the U.S., and 2–4 weeks for international orders.
• Digital Custom Portraits:
  Typically delivered in 1–2 weeks.
• Canvas Custom Portraits:
  About 2–4 weeks within the U.S., and 4–6 weeks internationally.

Please note: the timelines above are general estimates and may vary depending on holidays, peak seasons, or personal health. Sometimes we’re extra productive when busy with lots of orders (which is a good thing!), and sometimes we might need a little more time.
